This simple recipe can save you from some nasty bugs that lurk on equipment, in the shower and believe it or not, on the provided workout towels you pick up on your way in…bleck! It’s safe to spray on your skin, clean equipment but best of all, breathe in and revive your spirit!
One very important reason that many people use Eucalyptus essential oil is that it creates a cooling and refreshing effect. Normally, people suffering from certain conditions and disorders are slightly sluggish. Eucalyptus is a stimulant that removes exhaustion and mental sluggishness and rejuvenates the spirits of the sick. It can also be effective in the treatment of stress and mental disorders. Just think what it could do for you at the gym after a long day at the office or with the kids. - 10 drops pure Eucalyptus essential oil
- Filtered water
- Optional: Emulsifiers
- 1 teaspoon vodka OR 1 tablespoon alcohol free witch hazel
