Hayfever Relief Steam Remedy

It's that time of year again when seasonal allergies can be a disaster. Try this easy inhalation remedy in a mug, a simple remedy you can do at work or at home. Hayfever Relief never smelled this good or worked so fast! Many of you already know and depend on the natural antihistamine blend of Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint essential oils for allergies. This simple blend of pure essential oils can replace a slew of over the counter options and save you the side effects, it's a powerful, yet simple blend. Direct inhalation gets essential oils into blood stream quickly and efficiently because they're absorbed into the nearby mucous membranes of the nose, mouth and respiratory tract. Seasonal allergies instigate inflammation in the nasal cavities and sinuses resulting in cold like symptoms ie: runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, itchy eyes, congestion and scratchy throat. By inhaling the natural antihistamine blend suspended in a warm vapor the essential oils head directly where they need to be to help reduce inflammation and ease miserable symptoms quickly.

Directions
  1. Heat water until it creates steam, pour into an easy to hold mug. Add essential oils. The oils will pool at the top there's no need to stir. Set the mug on a table and cup your hands around the top of the mug and your nose and mouth.
  2. In the beginning, inhale cautiously through your nose so you can judge the heat and potency of the essential oils before inhaling more deeply. Inhale 4 to 5 times. Diffuse the contents in mug afterwards :)
  3. Repeat the protocol as needed.
