I prefer using my CW Essential Oil Salves for this remedy, it's convenient and extra soothing with the addition of coconut oil etc. I take a one drop Cinnamon Bark and Lemon EO (mixed well with Naked Salve), put on the back of my tongue and let it slowly slide down my throat. Occasionally, I'll add 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey as well.
