I use this daily!

I use this in my diffuser every night and add a drop to my morning smoothie. If someone in the house isn't feeling well I diffuse it in other rooms as well. If I'm going to be near someone who may be ill I always use a bit with salve and Q-tip it inside my nostrils. This is a staple in my house!

I have been using this blend for years in many ways. Swab salve inside nose, diffuse it, rub on bottom of the feet at night or more often if needed, make hand sanitizer, even diluted in a spray bottle to sanitize counters and more. It's hard working and smells fabulous, it's one of my favorites!
